Acrobat professional, when installed with Microsoft Office, places PDFMaker toolbars and menus in each Office product. This works nicely, but you also need to copy the application data as mentioned above. Then import into the registry on the new computer-right-click on the file and select Merge. To save preferences for Visio, export the following registry branch (entries) into a text file: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Visio.
